till now there has NOT been any official count for people with HIV (the virus causes AIDS) in Syria...but it seems that "thankfully" we have not got a big problem regarding this issue. ALTHOUGH......one should be so carefull...as it's not the count that matters...it is the possibility...u may have sex with 10 000 guys ...and still get away with it...and u may only have sex with one person and still get infected with HIV..
best way to avoid all the troubles is by practicing SAFER SEX...
safer sax (i.e, using condoms) reduce the chances of u getting infected by HIV therefore u must stick to safer sex (they call it safer sex...not safe sex because simply there is nothing in the world called SAFE SEX...even in those hetrosexual relations)
anyway AIDS is not the only STD "sexual transmitted diseases so...CONDOMS SHOULD BE USED WHENEVER NEEDED..
on the other hand...try to keep ur partners to the minimum ...and try to be faithful to one partner if applicable...
Having an HIV test in syria can be done in privet clinics as well as in some public hospital...
I'm sorry i dont know if the private clinics will offer u a private test without reporting it
but to give u a hint....why dont u just go to the blood donation units in ur city and give a blood donation and am sure they will test it against HIV
and there is nothing to warry about since as i said earlier...AIDS "THANKFULLY" IS NOT A MAJOR PROBLEM IN SYRIA....
OUR MISSION THO IS TO TRY KEEP THE SITUATION LIKE THAT BY KEEP USING CONDOMS...

ليس لدي احصائيات مؤكدة عن عدد المصابين باالايدز في سوريا و لكن اظن ان الارقام المعلنة اقل بكثير من الارقام الحقيقية و يعود ذلك الى سياسة التعتيم التي تتبعها الدولة ووزارة الصحة في هذا الشأن بهدف عدم الاساءة الى سمعة سوريا و بهدف عدم المساس بالقطاع السياحي في سوريا ويعود ذلك الى عدم اتباع اجراءات كافية من التدقيق في منع المصابين من دخول الاراضي السورية كما يحدث في حالة الرغبة في دخول الدول الخليجية . اظن انه للاطمئنان اكثر يجب عدم ممارسة الجنس الخشن او استعمال الواقي اذا كان لا بد من ممارسته
