Here I saw it at night
Through my broken window It was a bright light Like a star dew in a rainbow And as a glorious delight Could not ever withdraw I still trust it tonight Our resembled love does flow God, tell me the truth Why should I ever lose The power of growth The love that I choose Could I change the rules And reteach the fools That we are similar souls From these same roots We have right to crave We really need to love If we stop being rough The world won’t be tough If we stop being duff The space will be enough If we puff the bough To fly our peaceful dove If we really free our minds towards love Our small world will be totally enough |
