first of all ...it's very nice to have a syrian site...and to try to bring the society together..tho..I have the following notes. 1-this site should be mentained on regular bases 2- it needs a team work 3- I would refer u to the site of the syrian gays on yahoo groups where i already started a poll about making a syrian profisional website and u can check that poll at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/gaysyria 4- I tried to build a website for homosexuals in syria like 4-5 years ago and that was a successful try, but always keep in mind..that u need not to add any sexual material to avoid direct conflect with the syrian law... 5- another thing u should have in mind that homosexuality is not permitted by the syrian laws, so although syria is being a real free country concerning this particular issue..but still it will be against the law for this site to advertise for meetings or meet organising based on sexual porposes... 6- it can be so usefull to use the site to atract tourists from all over the world to come and live the syrian expereince and to build a safe friendly vertual homo society and gives advice to young guys who are not sure about their sexuality ...ALTHOUGH IT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION that u need to have a <username/password> based login method to keep the boys aged less than 18 from entering the site as that may lead to abuse of them ..which is against the law anywhere.. 7- it is so vital to make a policy fot the site include -but not limited to- everything i just mentioned...and it should be so clear that this site is not built upon sexual porposes. 8- if u need any more info please feel free to contact me at audi_sy@yahoo.com thx. |
